Each site is a clean gravel pad.
Access roads are paved.
Sites vary in size starting at 30+ feet in length
Back in only and Pull-Through sites aviliable.
This is a new park - additional sites comming
Green areas are under development – please keep off embankments.

Rates:
Daily rates are $45.00 per Day
Monthly rates start at $800 to $850 per month.
Prices in effect all year.
Extra Vehicle $5/day or $50/Month
EV- Electric Vehicle charging $50/month unlimited

Restrictions:
Extra Vehicles;
Sites are permitted one RV/camper and one Vehicle only (sorry, no tenting).
One vehicle is included in the rate. (Motorhome does not count as a vehicle).
An additional vehicle (max one extra) is permitted for a fee.
A boat is considered a vehicle (must fit in your site).
On street parking is not permitted at any time.
All Vehicles and Trailers MUST be insured at all times - no exceptions.
All Vehicles and Trailers must keep tires on and in good condition.
Mechanical repairs to vehicles are not permitted on site.
Pets;
Pet owners are responsible for ALL actions of their pets.
Aggressive animals will result in expulsion from the park.
Pets must remain on a leash at all times, kept quiet and in RV at night.
No Large Dogs.
Pick up the Poop.
Fires;
Wood Fires are prohibited (yes, even in winter).
Propane fires are OK.
Quiet hours;
Please be whisper quiet between 11pm and 7am.
Enforcement is complaint driven…. So, make friends with your neighbors.
Winter Camping;
Skirting is recommended. Must be painted plywood or vinyl. (no foil skirting)
Do not store belongings under RV’s unless skirted.
Do not remove tires from RV/Trailer.
Do not connect to water without a heat tape (must wrap around valve too).
Do not leave waste valves open unless properly insulated.
Do not overload power plugs. Melting a plug is a $100 charge.
Excessive use of electric power will result in expulsion from park.
Use your built-in propane heat system as your primary heat source.
NO space heaters under units.
General site cleanliness;
No indoor furniture permitted outdoors (e.g. couches, appliances).
Gazeboes are ok if used for shade
No storage sheds, tents or trailers or additional camping units.
No altering the park in any way (pulling weeds is ok).
Monthly guests are responcible for weed removal within their site.
Planters are ok up to 50 lbs each.
No building decks or structures. Flat decking panels are OK. Mats are OK.
No “Clutter”. (if you cannot pack up in 2 hours, you have too much)
Do not trespass on neighboring properties… Kids, this means you too.
